- If you are a California based customer, then you are required to submit your resellers permit information. Please go to http://sunactive.com/CA-Resellers-Permit_ep_42.html save the form to your computer, print and submit to email@example.com. Please Note: Order will not be shipped out, until we have verified resellers permit.
- How long does it take to process my order?
- We process the orders within the same day we receive it.
- How long does shipping take?
- We usually ship out same day, as long as the orders are submitted by 10am pacific time.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost depends on the weight and where it's going to.
- Will you notify me if there is something not available?
- We can notify you if any items are sold out, but keep in mind that will delay the package from shipping out.
