  • Why can't I see the prices on the website?
    • In order to see prices, you must first create an account.
  • Do I need to create an account in order to shop online?
    • Yes, you must be logged in in order to add items to your cart.
  • Do I need to provide my resellers permit?
    • If you are a California based customer, then you are required to submit your resellers permit information. Please go to http://sunactive.com/CA-Resellers-Permit_ep_42.html save the form to your computer, print and submit to resellers@sunactive.com. Please Note: Order will not be shipped out, until we have verified resellers permit.

SHIPPING:

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    • We process the orders within the same day we receive it. 
  • How long does shipping take?
    • We usually ship out same day, as long as the orders are submitted by 10am pacific time.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Shipping cost depends on the weight and where it's going to.
  • Will you notify me if there is something not available?
    • We can notify you if any items are sold out, but keep in mind that will delay the package from shipping out.
  • Do you ship internationally?
