Where do you ship from?Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
What does shipping cost?Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping information to view available rates.
How long does shipping take?Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing after your purchase is complete.
Domestic shipping within the United States:Standard shipping through USPS First Class or Priority Mail usually takes 5–10 business days.
Express shipping through USPS Express Mail usually takes 2–3 business days.
First Class International usually takes 3–5 weeks.
Priority International usually takes 10–15 business days.
Customs processing times vary by country.
Each country has its own import rules, customs fees, and taxes. Sun Active does not prepay or cover import fees.
Please check your country’s import rules before placing an international order.
Can I track my order?Yes. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
For international orders, tracking may stop updating after the package leaves the United States. This does not always mean the package has stopped moving.
