About Us

Sun Active is a Los Angeles wholesale apparel distributor for Fruit of the Loom®, JERZEES®, and American Apparel®. We sell bulk quantities of imprintable blank t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, safety wear, and other wholesale-ready styles.

We are located in the Los Angeles Fashion District, near Santee Alley. You can learn more about our history on our About Us page.

Orders

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.

You or someone you choose may pick up your order. Please make sure the person picking up the order has a photo ID and the order confirmation email.

Please bring your order confirmation number and a photo ID when you arrive.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Pickup is available during regular business hours.

Shipping

We ship to many locations in the United States and internationally. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping information to view available rates.

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing after your purchase is complete.

Domestic shipping within the United States: Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days. Express shipping through USPS Express Mail usually takes 2–3 business days.

International shipping times vary by country: First Class International usually takes 3–5 weeks. Priority International usually takes 10–15 business days. Customs processing times vary by country.

Each country has its own import rules, customs fees, and taxes. Sun Active does not prepay or cover import fees. Please visit Simple Duty to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. Please check your country’s import rules before placing an international order.

Yes. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

For international orders, tracking may stop updating after the package leaves the United States. This does not always mean the package has stopped moving.

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy first. After your return has been approved, follow these steps:

1. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

2. Note the new size or item you would like if you are requesting an exchange.

3. Mail your return to:

Once your return is received, your exchange will be shipped or your refund will be issued.

Exchange items depend on current stock. We cannot guarantee that every item, size, or color will be available.
