About Us
Sun Active is a Los Angeles wholesale apparel distributor for Fruit of the Loom®, Jerzees®, and American Apparel®. We sell bulk quantities of imprintable blank t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, face covers, and heat transfer artwork. Located in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District, near the famous Santee Alley. Read more of history in our About Us page.
We are located at 1600 Santee St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. In the heart of the Fashion District.
Orders
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal.
You or anyone you designate may pick up your order. Please have your ID and confirmation email ready.
Please have your order confirmation number and photo ID ready when you drop by.
You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. Due to ongoing supply chain delays, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed. Pickup is available during regular business hours.
Shipping
We ship to almost every country in the world.
All our products are shipped by us from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
All orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. Due to ongoing supply chain delays, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is completed.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA):Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days
International Shipping (varies per country):First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Please visit Simple Duty to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not prepay or cover any import fees.
We typically ship orders in 2-3 business days after they are placed. Although, due to ongoing supply chain delays, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.
International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way.

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once you return has been approved, please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
